Previous Experience Skill Assessment (RPL) easily obtained a vocational certificate. The RPL is the same as the diploma obtained from full-time studies. It is a diploma issued by a registered training institution recognised by the Government. The certificate obtained is a formal qualification which is recognised by the Australian Immigration Department as well as the Australian Government.
